Who we are

Nivastone, a supplier of natural stone products based in Turkey. Contact: info@nivastone.com.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry: your name, email, company and phone if given, delivery country, city and postal code, the products and quantities you mention, your description, any files you attach, and the page you sent it from. For spam protection we store a one-way hash of your IP address and the country of your connection.

Why

To answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation and follow it up. Your consent on the form covers storing these details for this purpose.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare’s infrastructure (database, file storage and email routing), which may process data outside your country. If we email you, the message is sent through our email provider. Forms may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks for automated abuse.

Quotations

A quotation we send you is available at a private link. When you open or accept it, we record the date and the name you type.

How long

Up to three years after our last contact, or shorter if you ask us to delete it. Records needed for invoices and export documents are kept as long as the law requires.

Cookies and statistics

We set no tracking or advertising cookies. A language preference cookie is set only when you switch language. Your inquiry list is kept in your own browser. We count page and form events in aggregate, without names, emails or messages.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to their use, by emailing info@nivastone.com. In the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority. In Turkey you may apply under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
